    Ingredients

    For the wet ingredients.

    1cup Evaporated milk (Fresh milk also can use) add 1Tbsp Lemon juice or White Vinegar Set aside at least 5minutes

    1cup Brown sugar

    1/2 cup white sugar

    2 pcs Eggs (L)

    1/2 Canola oil

    1tsp Vanilla

    1Tsp Red food color

    1/2 cup warm water

    Mixed the wet ingredients and set aside…

    For the Dry ingredients.

    1 1/2 cup All purpose flour

    1tsp Baking powder

    1/2 tsp baking soda

    Pinch of Salt

    1Tbsp cocoa powder

    Combine the dry ingredients to the batter..

    Mixed well and rest atleast 5minutes before baking.

    BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 160’C FOR 25 MINUTES YIELDS 16 CUPCAKES (30z)
