3 cool tourist destinations right next to Hanoi to help you ‘evade the sun’ this summer

Summer is always an opportunity for many families or groups of “crazy feet” friends to have the opportunity to travel here and there. But with the complicated developments of Covid-19, your summer 2021 will seem to pass without any “hiding from the sun”. Ba Vi, Tam Dao or Pu Luong are all places right next to Hanoi and you only need to spend 2 weekends to “change the wind” without worrying about moving too much.

1. Pu Luong

As an emerging name in the last few years, but every time it is mentioned Pu Luong, many travel devotees are constantly admiring. Located in Pu Luong nature reserve of Ba Thuoc and Quan Hoa districts, Thanh Hoa, Pu Luong stands out for its pristine and peaceful beauty.

2. Ba Vi

Located just 50 km west of Hanoi, you can easily reach Ba Vi after about 2 hours by car or motorbike. Thanks to the favor of nature, Ba Vi has fresh and cool air all year round. Just set foot in Ba Vi, you will feel like you are lost in a new world, a paradise with quiet space, fresh air and unspoiled natural scene.

3. Tam Dao

Always likened to Da Lat of the North, Tam Dao is famous for its cool air and beautiful scenery like Europe. Tam Dao is about 80km from the center of Hanoi, so it only takes about 2 hours by car to enjoy the cool air of this destination.

Although Tam Dao does not have too cold weather in the summer, but with the average temperature of the year only about 18 degrees Celsius, you can “fly away” the sweltering summer heat of Hanoi summer weather season.

Tam Dao’s tourist attractions are quite close to each other, so you only need about a day to explore the whole town of Tam Dao. The TV tower, Ba Chua Thuong Ngan temple, Tam Dao ancient church, Silver waterfall… are all places that you should not miss when coming to this foggy town.
