Hanoi stimulates tourism demand and introduces cuisine culture

(CPV) – The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a Plan organizing a festival to encourage tourism demand and introduce the cuisine culture of the capital in 2021.

As planned, the event will be held from April 16 to 18, 2021.

The organizers will build common space and booths of provinces and cities, tourist booths and cuisine space at the Ly Thai To monument area, Bat Giac house, Le Thach street, Le Lai street and Hanoi Children’s Palace in Hoan Kiem district.

Hanoi will organize a festival to encourage tourism demand

The festival will emphasize the message “Hanoi people travel to Hanoi” to encourage local people to tour attractive destinations of Hanoi such as Hanoi Old Quarter, Son Tay, Ba Vi, Huong Son (My Duc district), Soc Son and Dong Anh.

Many tourism promotion and stimulus activities will be organized such as a trade program (B2B), arranging survey delegations to popular tourist destinations of Hanoi, and introducing tourism products at the stage and booths.

In addition, the festival will introduce the special values of the capital’s cuisine with its own characteristics, uniqueness and sophistication shown through culinary processing activities of artisans with special dishes such as: Pho, fried fish, vermicelli and chicken soup (Bun Thang), West Lake shrimp cake, Phung rolls, folk cakes, and West Lake lotus tea./.
