Designed by Colin Montgomerie and opened in 2010, the Montgomerie Links Golf Club is located between Danang and Hoi An on Vietnam’s central coast. This traditional links-style course is a five-star property built in a multi-million dollar residential area just off Danang’s My Khe beach.

Fairways on “Monty” have no trees but rolling greens and well-manicured chipping areas. Golfers of all experience levels have fun teeing off here despite being a challenging layout. There are 18 holes and about 7090 yards/21,290 feet on this par-72 course. The ocean scenery nearby also makes this club a great destination, as there is plenty to do nearby after a day of golf.

Aside from the championship golf course, there is also a modern clubhouse and several other facilities available to guests.

Pro Shop – The Pro Shop at Montgomerie Links Golf Club has everything needed for a day of golf, including brand-name clothing, clubs, hats, and bags. There are Titleist rental equipment options at this store, too.

Driving Range – There are many options for practicing your swing at the driving range. Users can purchase a bucket of balls, an unlimited day pass, and rental shoes and clubs on-site.

Golf Academy – The golf academy at the club has services ranging from 30-minute sessions to multi one-hour practice packages. Coaches at this academy are experts at the sport and can even customize an experience for up to a group of 100.

Accommodations

Have a golf-centric vacation by staying at the Montgomerie Links Hotel & Villas. The Monty Links have a few lovely places to grab a meal or a snack.

Birdies – Serving a variety of European and American food items, the Birdies restaurant is located at the clubhouse and offers a view of the 18th hole greens. The restaurant boasts contemporary decor and seating, along with an attentive staff.
Bistro – Located on the bottom floor of the Montgomerie Links Hotel & Suites, the Bistro is a luxurious space to grab a meal, juice, coffee, or cocktail. This cozy eatery has views of the 10th fairway and plenty of windows to see what’s happening on the course.
Links Cafe – This cafeteria-style eating area is located by the driving range and has excellent views of the practice fields. Their menu includes sandwiches, burgers, light snacks, appetizers, smoothies, and fruit juices. Coffee and tea are also served here.
On Course Kiosks – Grab a quick snack or drink at the relaxing kiosks at holes 6 and 14. There’s a comfy seating area along with a menu that includes sandwiches, soup, banh mi, coffee, tea, and beer.
