NINH BINH – On April 17, Trang An Festival – Festival of Saint Quy Minh Dai Vuong was opened at Trang An eco-tourism area, attracting thousands of people.
This is a traditional festival, held annually to pay tribute to and honor Holy Quy Minh Dai Vuong, who had the merit of conquering Son Nam border (south of Hoa Lu Tu town) to protect the country during Hung King’s reign.
