This is a massive plus for me, since I remember watching my mom bargaining about the two go-missing Lavie bottles with the receptionists, just because we forgot to check the refrigerator at the beginning. That was a terrific memory in a hotels and resorts chains that I to never want experience twice.

The room amenities are guaranteed the quality of 5-star hotels, and they kept the promise. Everything is the clean, tidy, and fresh smell. All the bath amenities are from the local businesses, with 100% natural ingredients — from shampoo, hair, and body conditioner.

No single used plastic is equipped, meaning you have to carry your own comb toothbrush and comb. The staff ensures you’re aware of that before the trip.

Go off the beaten path.

I know many resorts and even 5-star hotels nowadays are operating in a pilot mode, which makes too busy to put tiny, genuine care to their customers. Everything follows the same pattern; I can’t recall any outstanding hotel breakfast from other past trips, but the same kind of “buffet” breakfast from Saigon to Phan Thiet and Dalat.
