Saigon is in the fog

From early morning, many roads, alleys, and buildings in Ho Chi Minh City were engulfed in dense fog, and vehicles running on the road had to turn on their lights.

“Smoke and dust from motorbikes, cars, exhaust gases cause water vapor particles to cling to form fog, plus light winds cause the fog to hover at a low level,” said Ms. Lan. In addition, the temperature this morning dropped to low, some places below 24 degrees Celsius, causing strong condensation.
