Airbnb rentals in Vietnam are becoming increasingly popular, providing travelers with even more accommodation options during their visits. While there are many hotels, homestays, and hostels available in just about every city, tourists that appreciate having a property or room at a private residence will lean towards booking one of these rentals instead.
The owners set nightly rates with the more centrally located and convenient properties typically costing more. Additionally, the rentals that have more space or amenities as well as those that give you the entire place to yourself will be more expensive. If you’ve booked a property through Airbnb and can no longer keep your reservation, refer to the rental property’s main page to see what the cancellation rules are. Many hosts will allow you to get a full refund up until 24 hours prior, to your stay while others may only return half of your deposit. In some cases, canceling a property with short notice may lead to still having to pay for it in full.
