The kitchen buffalo is the name of a typical dish of Dien Bien with many sophisticated stages of war. Armpit pig is a famous specialty dish in the Northwest highlands. Like chickens in the garden, pigs are allowed to roam in the forest and feed themselves, so each pig weighs only about 10kg. The reason is that it is called Pig under the armpit because these pigs are relatively small, people can immediately “steal the armpit” and bring it home. Five coloured sticky rice
