Son Doong Cave, Quang Binh - The world's largest cave
Son Doong Cave is the largest natural cave in Vietnam and also the world. Despite being only recently found, this cave is now well-known in world travel magazines, a top choice for foreign visitors to Vietnam, and regarded as one of the world’s most beautiful caves.
Special features in Son Doong Cave
The pristine ecology of Son Doong Cave is very diverse and rich. The vegetation here is still primitive, utterly untouched by humans, there are many rare animals and plants that have been preserved by nature over millions of years with majestic and stunning scenery. Therefore, explorers also favor this place with another name, “Garden of Eden.”
Son Doong Cave is a tourist destination you must visit once in your life
In November 2013, Son Doong Cave surpassed other candidates to enter the Top 27 must-visit tourist attractions on Buzzfeed’s website.
The best time to explore Son Doong Cave is from February to April. At that time, the climate is warm, the weather is cool without many clouds and wind, suitable for climbing and exploring the scenery here. You should not come here from May to August because the weather is very hot and humid with a lot of forest rain, which is not favorable and quite dangerous for traveling.
However, not everyone can explore this mysterious cave. To get here, you must meet the health criteria, and register early for the management to arrange (the number of registrations is large, but the tour is limited). With the above information, we wish you soon to register, exercise, and have a trip to Son Doong Cave!
